Had to close early because we got rained out. Was told my customers could do a date change but recently told that they couldn’t if it was within 1 day of date they were going, only if they called you or us to change it. I want my customer to be able to change their arrival date anytime or even get a refund without having to purchase an extra fee to be able to do so. Not very customer friendly.

You can currently allow customers to make changes to their chosen ticket time up until the start of a time-slot if you keep that setting to "0" as shown in the screenshot attached (so if they were scheduled for a 9PM timeslot and you had the time before set to "0", they could still change their ticket time at 8:59PM).
I love the feedback around cancellations though! We're digging into this. In the meantime, feel free to ping our team at help@gopassage.com if you (or your customers) need any assistance with ticket changes!
