Promo Code for Products

Currently the promo code discounts only apply to the price of tickets, not products. Promo codes should be built to allow the option to apply the discount to tickets only, products only, or both tickets and products in a cart.
See attached image which shows 20% discount applied to tickets, but not product in cart.
