Passage Ticketing Ideas

For our Christmas event, we have guests buy a ticket to our event plus add on products such as a photo with Santa or train ride. When the guests arrive to check in, if they don't have their QR code handy to scan, we can look them up by name (which is great!) The problem is that when you look a Guest up by name vs scanning a QR code, it only shows associated tickets and NOT associated products.... so many times they don't receive the proper ticket/wristband/etc at check-in because our team didn't see the associated products they bought when searching their name.
