Allow the creation of email templates that you can select when emailing guests... for instance I would create one for "Inclement Weather" that I could select when one of our events gets canceled due...

I would like the ability to edit/set a custom price while creating an invoice. I know there's probably a work around by adding a product and setting a custom price... but sometimes I am negotiating...

Right now, you can select specific event times, but I'd like to be able to send a message to only certain types of ticket holders (i.e. VIP tickets only)

1) When someone gets added to the queue, the number in parenthesis shows the total amount of tickets in their order (should only be the number of tickets that are supposed to be in the queue) 2)...

It's a pain having to always change the time zone.

Add an option to add links in bundles and descriptions. This is very inconvenient especially if we are trying to also push people to buy individual tickets.

When I run the daily breakdown report for tickets ‘Sold For’ it’s not including the tickets that were purchased thru invoicing.
